Shorages has the ability and the experience to pick, pack and deliver orders coming from multiple channels. Whether it is a website, Instagram page, Amazon or Noon order, we have you covered. We understand the differences in procedures between each and will work accordingly.

Shorages has one of the best integration capabilities in the market. If you are working with one of the Supported Platforms, we will integrate your platform with our software. Once this 5-minute step is done, orders will start flowing through our dashboard for the team to process.

Shorages works with a portfolio of different courier companies depending on the customers' location. That means that we can deliver to essentially any country you want! And we make sure to partner only with the best courier companies out there.

Not at all! Shorages’ experienced warehouse team will take care of that for you.

Orders placed between Saturday and Thursday before 12PM, will be prepared and handed over to the courier on the same day. For local deliveries, this means that the customer should expect delivery the next working-day. With international orders, the delivery process can take 4 to 6 days.

At Shorages, we speak your language and understand the need for customized packaging. This is why we will support you by using your packaging when required. While we do not manufacture the packaging ourselves, we would be glad to receive it from the packaging company you work with.

Certainly! The Shorages warehouse is fully equipped with labeling equipment which support different forms of labeling. Whether they require Amazon, Noon or even retail barcoding and labeling, our team can handle it.

When the shipment is ready from our side, the customer will receive a message from the courier to confirm a suitable date and time for delivery. If a confirmation is not made by the customer, a call will be made to confirm the same. Once this is confirmed, drivers will conduct 3 separate delivery attempts to ensure that the package is delivered.

One benefit of working with us is that you always have a centralized location to return your products to. Whenever you want to initiate a return, simply contact our operations team and they will coordinate it. Once the item is back in the warehouse,our team will inspect its condition and report any noticeable faults. Otherwise, the item will be returned back in stock for the next time it is ordered.
